Katelynn Rowe, operating as an independent contractor, will deliver advertising and marketing services to the client as specified in the following Terms and Conditions:
Terms and Conditions:
Payment: Clients must remit full payment via Venmo, as mutually agreed upon, before project completion. A detailed timeline will be provided by the contractor upon mutual agreement.
Security: Upon project completion, all client-provided login information will be promptly deleted from the contractor's records. For security, clients must change passwords to all provided logins upon contract termination. By signing this contract, clients acknowledge responsibility for securing their login credentials post-project, with the contractor absolved of any post-completion modifications. Client confidentiality is paramount, and the contractor pledges not to disclose any client-specific information.
Changes and Revisions: The initial contract price is based on the contractor's estimated project duration. Any modifications or additional work requested by the client will be subject to a separate estimate. The contractor will present up to three logo design options; any subsequent edits beyond this allowance will incur a $75 fee per revision.
Copyright: Upon final payment, clients retain ownership rights to all designs created under this agreement. The contractor retains the right to showcase project works for portfolio purposes, including social media, media postings, and Google portfolio sharing.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable retainer fee, equivalent to half of the service charges, is required upon engagement. This fee compensates the contractor for time spent on all communication mediums. For engagements exceeding one month, this fee will recur monthly until services are completed and fully paid for.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with seven days' written notice. The non-refundable retainer fee remains payable. All completed work by the contractor within the notice period will be compensated. In the event of contract termination, clients are prohibited from utilizing any contractor-produced work. By working with Katelynn Rowe, the client agrees to the terms and policies specified above.
